Before you call: pull into a safe spot and get behind the barrier. In the event of an accident with injuries, call 112 first.

Pricing and payment
What the repair price is made up of
We calculate the cost individually for each call-out, right during your call. The price depends on the type of fault and the scope of work on site:
- Call-out of the mobile crew. Depends on how far your truck or trailer is from where the nearest crew sets out.
- Diagnostics and repair. Includes computer diagnostics, fault finding and repair time on site.
- Parts and materials. Cost of any parts, hoses, fittings or fluids that need replacing.
Secure remote payment
The driver doesn't have to find cash by the roadside. The dispatcher sends you a secure online payment link so you can pay for the service instantly:
- Via the Mollie payment platform — by card (Visa, Mastercard) or popular European methods (including fast BLIK payments).
- Via PayPal — instant one-click payment straight from the app.
What we don't promise
Not every fault can be safely repaired at the roadside — if an on-site repair isn't possible, we arrange towing to a workshop.
