- Complexity and working time. Depend on the type of breakdown and road conditions (for example, night work or work on a motorway).
- Parts and consumables. Cost of spare parts, fluids or tyres if they need replacing.

What we don't promise
We don't guarantee an on-site fix for every fault — some breakdowns require towing to a workshop. The cost and estimated arrival time of the mechanics are calculated individually and given to you as soon as we process your request.
