Pricing and payment
What the towing price is made up of
We calculate the cost individually for each case, right while you report it. No hidden surcharges — the price depends on how complex the loading is and on the distance.
- Type of equipment. We match the heavy tow truck to the weight and dimensions of your truck, articulated vehicle or bus.
- Complexity of the recovery. We take into account whether the wheels are locked, whether the vehicle is in a ditch or on unpaved ground, and whether cranes are needed for lifting.
- Towing distance. The distance from the breakdown site to the destination (workshop or depot).

What we don't promise
We don't quote a fixed nationwide price up front — every case is different. If we see that towing isn't needed and the vehicle can be repaired on the spot by our mobile breakdown service, we will always offer you that more cost-effective option.
