What the price is made up of
We calculate the cost individually for each case, right during your call. You know the terms up front and only pay for the work actually done. The price depends on the class of equipment, the complexity of the fault and how far away the on-duty crew is.

The time depends on location and time of day. After you report the issue, we give a realistic estimate for your specific location rather than promising a single figure for the whole country upfront.
How much does it cost?+
The price depends on the vehicle type, scope of work and distance. We give you a provisional price once the details of your request are clear; any additional work is agreed with you separately.
Do you also help foreign companies?+
Yes. A report can be made by a driver, forwarder or dispatcher from another country — for a vehicle located in Poland.
Do you repair on site, or do you always tow?+
If a repair on the road is safe and possible, we carry it out immediately. Towing is the solution when the fault cannot be fixed at the roadside.
Do you work in roadside assistance, repair or truck towing?
